Beautiful room but the staff is uninformative... I booked a room in May for a stay in July a birthday gift for my mom who was in town for the Mary Kay convention... Find out that my mom had to give a c/c for her own bday gift b/c 'my c/c info only held the reservation'... They ask me to fill out a form... I do... They say I also need copies of front and backs of driver's license and c/c... I...
