My first time at this hotel and I was impressed. Clean comfortable rooms a great staff from check in to check out all employees I encountered were noticeably friendly. I have not stayed at many Fairfield Inns, but would definitely return when in the area

No mini fridge

Everything was good except the room (a king) was very small and the bed was uncomfortable. Also surprisingly, there was no mini fridge in the room. I don't think I've ever been in a hotel, especially a suite hotel where this was the case. Otherwise, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and safe.

Having never been to Rockford, we booked a room at the Clock Tower on a recommendation. Needless to say- we walked in our room there and knew we had to leave! By some sort of divine intervention- we were able to get a last minute reservation at the Fairfield Inn for a busy soccer weekend! The ladies at the front...

We stayed overnight to catch a flight at Rockford Airport. The only negative was when we arrived, the reservations person was not available immeadiately and apologized because she was the only person there and was taking care of an issue upstairs.
We requested a handicapped room which was on the second floor with the elevator, this was not a problem....

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn on our way north. Gus was very helpful and pleasant on our check in. We enjoyed our stay. The decor was modern and clean and the shampoo and conditioner was Paul Mitchell if I remember right.
