The hotel did have an exterminator come in and heat treated the room. There have been no further incident since that time. The rooms are inspected daily.

My family stayed at this hotel from Feb 18-feb 20,2011. We were pleased with our stay. The staff was very accomidating.

Once we returned home, I was emptying our suitcases and I found a bug on a T-shirt. After freaking out.....I googled bed bugs to determine if this in fact was a bed bug. IT WAS!!!

I called the hotel immediately. I left a message for the general manager on Monday. I called...
