Staff were quite helpful with our needs.\n\nThe first room we were assigned had a bad smell and we were reassigned to another room immediately after we brought this to staff's attention.

The staff was willing-& able to provide excellent service-printed directions to all the places i needed to go to. Room was clean,comfotable and quiet. The person at front desk set up my tablet to recieve and send emails. Staff friendly and helpful.\n\nOnly problem i experienced was the hotel fire alarm went off accidently and all guests had to leave the hotel ax the fire dept had to confirm...
