I moved here after a problem elsewhere, and this hotel was a welcome relief. Check-in was easy with a very friendly lady there to help. When I asked where the guest laundry was, she said they didn't have (contrary to what it says on their Web site), but to feel free to use the one at the Residence Inn next... more
