Very pleasantly surprised

I was thinking at $54 per night that this would be a dive. But it certainly isn't! Room I was in was recently remodeled, clean and spacious.
Morning breakfast was very good. They were still doing construction in other parts of the hotel but that did not affect me.
A bit of noise from the street, but not too bad....

Stopped at this hotel for one night. Location was very good to shops and eateries.
I booked a queen bed room, but as I checked in 2 hours early, I was offered a 2 queen bed room, which I accepted.

They have some construction. It did not affect my stay. Pool, exercise room. Nice rooms. Very quiet. Decent place to stay.
Across from a menards if you need anything.
Nice personnel running desk. Very helpful when my luggage was delivered late.
Easy off the interstate.

Stayed at this hotel for one night. Overall, the stay was good, but I was disappointed that as a Lifetime Gold Elite member, the room was exactly the "opposite" of what my profile asks for. Bottom floor, next to elevator, and next to pop machine. You'd hope they'd read the profile requests for their best customers. Maybe a newer employee?

Highly recommend this hotel. Very clean and quiet. The breakfast in the morning was really good and it was even ready at 6 am. I wish I would have brought my swimsuit as there was no one in the hotel. At 6 am I even saw the worker checking the pools chlorine levels.

This comfortable hotel is set in Grand Forks. The premises count with 58 welcoming guests rooms. Pets are not allowed at Fairfield Inn Grand Forks.
