I just planned a trip to Reno and one of the main reasons was this restaurant!
I wasn't finding a link to the restaurant on the Silver Legacy website so I sent an email to Marketing. Here is the response I received:
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but the restaurant will not be completed till late...

The place to people watch and get a bite to eat

I somehow get my seafood fill here and wine and nice desert. And I get to pretend I'm in a cafe setting watching the people walk by to/from the Silver Dollar. I was pleasantly surprised by their bread pudding, plated well and very tasty with a nice white desert wine.
