Fahrenheit is a pretty decent place to lounge around and have some fusion and drinks. The decor is nice but I have to agree that if you're here to dance there's not much to work with. Out of most downtown San Jose, Fahrenheit is probably one of the more classier places to visit. The food is surprisingly not bad. The menu of small plates is pretty good. The drinks are overpriced but they definitely are worth it. I HIGHLY recommend the mojitos! Do check out that happy hour!

Intimate restaurant and lounge draws a crowd with an eclectic music mix and a full menu of Asian-fused cuisine.
When the owners of Fahrenheit Ultra Lounge opened for business in downtown San Jose in April, they envisioned a sleek, sophisticated space where hip diners would sip trendy cocktails and share small plates of interesting food at lunch, after work and late into the evening. "The scene & cuisine," is the tagline Eric Haraga, Danny Chu and Angelika Fenton put on Fahrenheit's checks. They clicked...

The food was great but service was awful. I actually have one of those certificates from a website and as soon as the server saw that I have a certificate she made a face. The server looks really fake and not sincere at all. They should hire better waitresses or servers. But the food is great. My husband enjoyed his steak and my plate was okay.

My best friend had her birthday at Fahrenheit Ultra Lounge. The place is very nice and upscale. We were at the VIP area and we were treated very well. The music was good that night and we had lots of fun. They also served tasty appetizers with our drinks.
