I give this business one star only because ther's not a negative star option. I hired Chris, the owner of Factory New Spas to repair a malfunctioning jacuzzi. The tub was tripping the main circuit breaker and was leaking water. Chris came out to examine the spa. Upon opening up the cabinets, two pumps were found to need replacement, the power disribution and control panel needed to be sprayed...
