We had two big problems in our chimney, squirrels. My mother suggested the folks at F Lotierzo. They fixed her chimney over years ago and did a awesome job. The squirrels were removed in no time flat.

Dont Show Up and Dont Care. Had appointment for 8am. Never called. I called at 10, they said theyd be there at 2. Never showed. Called at 3:30, they were not coming. They are extremely RUDE and UNCARING, and do not deserve your business.

I made an appointment with these people for a Chimney cleaning two weeks ago for this past Saturday. They simply did not show up - no phone call. I left two messages and never heard back. When I called today (Monday) to ask what happened? The owner told me he's been in business 50 years and doesn't need this and hung up on me. I called back and I said I had an appt and was depending on it - he said he didn't care and to go somewhere else and hung up on me again. This is how they do business!
