I am a nurse. This morning just before 07:00 AM, I removed my glasses from my bag, and they fell into my hand in two pieces, broken in the very center of the nosepiece. I called my insurance company, and they sent me to Eyeglass World for a speedy replacement. What began as a catastrophe turned into a beautiful experience in outstanding customer service.
