not customer friendly. The first time I went to the store,the manager was assisting other customer. the other store consultant(there were only 2 staff members including the manager the Lady, to help all customers) was busy inside,so i had to wait till my turn .To my surprise , she ignored me totally and was assisting other that came after me. I can actually say I had a nice time while getting my glasses. The exam was quick and easy and the doctor was very friendly, she made me feel comfortable. The consultants were all very knowledgeable and friendly, I ended up spending a few hours there joking with the consultants while picking out glasses. They are an okay business to do business with. They do have lots of frames to choose from, but the quality of their frames are not as good as other places I have seen like Dr Bizers or Lens Crafter. Overall, I would give them a 5 on a scale of 1 to 5 because their staff is fairly friendly.
