They are nice until there is an issue. When the issue occurs it feels as though the whole office is against you, and no matter what you say it will never be their fault. They are horrible at customer service when it comes to an issue. The ladies at the front will huff and puff like you inconvenienced them. They also display disinterest in the fact that you are currently upset and they instantly...
