After seeing the same "tech" for over a year, I was told by her to see someone else. Apparently, asking her to file a little differently than she had been was unacceptable to her. Really??????? They have lost a regular customer, and I will be telling everyone in the brand new community I have just moved into about my very negative experience.

Too Fast, sloppy polish and nothing worse than someone using their thumbnail to scrape off your old polish. Yuk!
