I went for a contact lense eye exam. Usually I go to an independent dr but this time I thought I would try Eye Medical. It was horrible. during the appt, you go here and there and with many different people. I don't even remember spending time with the actual dr. he just comes in and says can you see out of this and checks to make sure the other guy's prescription adjustments are accurate. Then you get fitted and come back in a week. This is when you pick up your contacts. Well they charge you again. I never have been charged for the follow up. You don't even see the Dr. Well I did not like those contacts that they tried to push on me. so I had another trial and had to come back again. They charged me each time, when they should have just given me the brand of contacts that I wanted and had been wearing for the past 7 years. AHHHHH
