Dr. Graham is super nice, but her staff Lisa is a snob. I was looking at frames and she failed to assist me. I asked a question, she didn't even look at me in the eyes, maybe it was lack of self confidence. If you work in the people business, please know customer service.

I've been to Dr. Linimon several times and have always been pleased with his professionalism and willingness to discuss vision problems. His staff is courteous and the office is comfortable. Nice selection of eye glasses to choose from…
