Terrible service. Rude staff. No apology for screw up. Staff acts like they are doing you a favor for being a customer. I can think of no worse place in Omaha to do business. Even Wal-mart treats their customers better, and at least at Wal-mart you can talk to a manager that CARES. Not here.
