The eye doctors tried to convince me that I needed a specialty procedure to cure my dry eye syndrome--a problem that I have never had any symptoms for. I saw the doctor on two occasions for less than five minutes each, which he used to sell me the procedure. When I complained that I had been left to be diagnosed solely by the intern he pretended not to hear me.

Went in for an annual exam to get new contacts. Waited over an hour in the waiting room as they over-book appointments. Saw the doctor for less than 15 minutes while he did standard tests.
