Long wait for appointments. Nurses not friendly. Dr Patel doesnt seem to care like He use too.

Dr. Patel is a good doctor and a kind man but they are so over-scheduled that the wait to actually see him or one of the nurse practitioners is usually over 2 hours on a regular basis.

He does not explain conditions. Does not think outside the box and normally says "I don't know what else to tell you". He is not competent enough to work with the public.

If you decide to use this doctor all I can say is please see him and not his nurse practitioner Kathy because she doesn't have a clue what she's doing
