Horrible customer service. Arrived at 12:20 for a 12:30 appointment. After taking my insurance card and personal info they kept me waiting until 1:30 without anyone in the office explaining the delay. When I got up to leave I was told that they had gone to lunch while I waited! Fast talking salesman tried to get me to stay by showing me some low quality frames.
