Worst shop ever. They had the bike for 3 weeks and didn't do crap on it. I told them I was coming with a trailer to get the bike back so they tore it down so I couldn't take it. Don't know what game they are playing but the "Extreme" in Extreme Cycle stands for Extremely bad customer service. They never even called once and acted like they were too busy to talk to me whenever I tried to check...

If I could give zero stars I would. I dropped off my motorcycle to have exhaust bolted on & the carbs tuned to that exhaust. After the owner talked me in to making a custom exhaust through his so called friend my bike sat at their old shop…

Eric is the most helpful ""Mechanic, Salesman"" you can find. He will help you with your buying decision whether your buying from him or somewhere else. He will give you the Pros and Cons to the Bike your interested in. He has years beyond his age of experience. I've bought from him and brought him bikes from other sellers. He won't let you down. I love Extreme Cycle! The owner is a wizard at what he does and has been doing it since he was three and his work shows it. All the counter help is wounderful and they always have what i need. Ive even seen them order parts for other customers immediately and call to make sure its at the warehouse. Its a pleasent environment and i always recieve a warm welcome.
