Went there several time and had great experience 3 out of 4 times. However, whenever I try to book an appointment with a stylist who I like, that person is no longer working there and not contact information will be given. It's not worth the trip for me anymore at this point.!

Zero customer care. I bought a groupon deal, called them to make an appointment one week ahead. It was supposed to be today, the place was closed when I showed up. They could've at least call me to let me know that they were off.

Went with a Groupon deal. They tried to tell me it was $20 extra because I had ""long hair""... WHILE i'm already in the seat getting my hair washed... And after unsuccessfully trying to tell me my very healthy hair was damaged and I needed this expensive deep conditioning treatment. I checked my Groupon and it said no such thing. I asked them to show me where it said that on the voucher on their computer. The didn't seem able to do that ( that would be because it DIDN""T say that anywhere)....
