On plus side, the building is clean and leak (water) and pest free.On the negative side is that they lure you in with a low price, and once you get your stuff moved in (and are less likely to want to move out) the price jumps up.I was renting their smallest unit, 5x5x5x, it started off at $22 a month, and by the time I left it was $62.
