Family of five ahead of me and had just arrived from an 12 hour overseas flight. They had been waiting over 20 minutes at 8 pm on a Friday for a clerk to arrive and check them in. I waited 15 minutes for her to show up and this after an 11 hour drive. In total the family waited over 35 minutes. The kids were asleep. Unacceptable. The clerk arrived. Did not apologize.
