Room is stripped of any amenities - had to go to front desk for coffee maker, blankets, shampoo, soap.... nothing stocked in the room. No maid service - came back to our wet towels still where we left them - advised by front desk had to bring dirty towels down to exchange for clean ones... that was great watching my...

This really was an uncomfortable, smelly, horrible experience. There was no one working the front desk, and though I stayed four nights, I never had maid service ONCE. That was a first for me.
As far as "Extended Stay" capabilities, it is utterly useless, since they don't have plates, utensils, a bottle opener, or even a glass for water unless...

Our room was clean, well-appointed in a simplistic manner with a comfortable bed. The included "grab and go" breakfast is as advertised: coffee, muffins, pieces of fruit, and oat meal packets.
Now for the "but." If you want things like a coffee maker or hair dryer, you go to the front desk, collect them, and take them to your room....

Nice hotel but smells everywhere

Nice hotel and good location. But the front lobby smells bad. I think it might be because the laundry room is directly behind the front desk. When we got off the elevator on floor 3, the hallway smells of smoke - all 3 days we were there. Our room had a musty smell. It wasn't so bad that we had to leave, but it wasn't pleasant. Also remember this is a extended stay hotel....so they don't clean...

There was a really heavy stale and musty odor throughout the entire hotel. They try to cover it up by using a strong air freshener in the lobby.
