close to cruise port

hotel did not serve breakfast, did not have coffee in the room, no extra pillows or blankets, minimum amenities in the room even though it had a mini-kitchen which could be used if staying for an extended time. Not pleasing but it did have restaurants nearby and was close to cruise port.

The room was nice enough. There were bandaids on our smoke detectors, the toilet leaked all over the floor in the bathroom, and we did not have any utensils in room. The beds were comfy enough and we were able to use all the towels to dry the floor.

Room was only ready 2 hours after check-in

Check in is supposedly at 3pm which we were there for, and the front desk said our room is not ready and we should go walk around for about an hour. (This is after confirming they have a room for us the morning of that day). After just under 2 hours we came back and she said the room is still not ready!
