room is terrible with paint coming off walls. my deadbolt to the door wasnt even screwed on properly and despite telling mgmt twice, they have still yet to come fix it and I've been here a week. housekeeping only once a week- maybe. they ask you to pick which day you want them to come and they dont even guarantee that date. they will just put you on the list and see if the housekeeper can get...

when i reach the hotel at 845pm. there is no staff at the lobby, i waited 15min till he arrived.
