rooms had a bad odour. Floors were dirty and worn. Walls needed repair and paint. Very disappointed with this hotel, would not stay again.

Confusing cancellation rules.

I made a reservation for 2 nights. I stayed the first night, but had a change in plans and needed to leave early. They would not cancel my second night and I had to pay. Their cancellation policy lets you cancel up to 6pm on day of arrival. When I tried to cancel the second night at 10:30 am, I was told that it was too late. So, if I had made separate reservations for each day, I could have...
