there are two of these hotels just one block from each other. I stayed in one once before it was excellent. this one was horrible. Dont know why? The staff was rude. And I had to change rooms three times for various reasons. I rate this one a one star!

I stayed for 11 nights (after extending my stay) and housekeeping did not clean the room. 8 nights is chain standard for a cleaning. I asked twice for housekeeping during my stay and both times was promised a cleaning but they did not follow through.
