Good price to value ratio. Not luxurious but quite comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Occasional noise from other guests, but nothing very significant. No desk but nice acceptable counter space for food preparation, eating, and writing for one person (tight but acceptable for two people). The location is very close to major highways.

The room was more of a motel. I was confused because it looked like an apartment complex instead of a hotel that you go in and access your room. I am not used to Extended Stay looking like this. I'm from out of town so I'm not sure of the neighborhood however it seemed questionable based on the people that were there. The bedding had hair on the sheets as soon as I pulled back the covers. When my husband and I first arrived it was like any other hotel. The problem came when no one came to empty the trash or bring fresh towels. my husband had to empty the trash and we where told to get fresh towels from the front desk. When trying to get the towels the front desk person had only 2 towels and 2 wash cloths. No hand towels at all. awe had to do this 2 of the 3 days we where...
