The owners were very professional and knowledgeable of their product. We initially wanted wood floors and then changed to carpet. They were very patient and returned with carpet samples. Also the contractors they used were excellent, they knew their job well, as soon as they came in house, they immediately went to work by moving the furniture, other pulled up carpet, and other started laying...
Joe and Liem and their crews did a very good job on a challenging project. Changing the flooring on an open stairway from carpeting to laminate/wood required the coordination of the laminate crew, the carpenter to trim out the open end and the painter to paint the trim white. It was all done in five days' time, in time for my Easter gathering.
There were promises made that did not happen. I feel that we were not provided enough information about the floors themselves and the exact ways they would be installed.
