The lady at the front was very nice and polite. Also the nurses were very professional. Not a long wait to be seen either ! Also the place was clean and welcoming.

I have been sitting at express care for 3 hours and have not been seen yet. This is ridiculous. U say that this is the worst time of the year, sooooooooooo if that is the case why not schedule more than one doctor to work.
