I would tend to agree with this user about the location, views, etc. However, in terms of maintenance and upkeep, this is one of the most badly run and shoddiest places I have even lived in and I am desperately looking to get out.

I lived here for 2 years and unfortunately I have to move.
My apartment was very roomy with large kitchens and bathrooms.Having laundry in-house is always good.
The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Maintenance was prompt.
The location is great.
The only issues I can think of are that the buildings are old so there is significant loss of heat through doors and windows. So expect...

I had to move away a couple years ago for a job relocation. I found a place that was similar (an old mill), but it hasn't been as nice.

We absolutely loved this apartment for the two years we lived here. Probably the best apartments we lived in. Spacious, clean and great settings. The heating bills can be high, but you have to expect that with older buildings. Walkable distance to downtown restaurants and bars.

I was sadly mistaken when I moved in because everyone pretends to be nice and then after living here for a while the true colors show through. The people are rude, irresponsible, the office NEVER follows up on important issues. I cannot wait to get out!!!
