That guy Rick Barnes is THE WORST !! I had a 2012 kia optima waiting to be rebuilt from front end damage. Initially he said he had all the parts before he collected our money. That was a lie. I'm surprised to read the previous review because my experience with Rick and his staff was exemplary. They bent over backward to be helpful, courteous and timely in their work. I highly recommend JC Automotive. My husband and I will use them again for sure.

I recommend jc to anyone. He is always there you can call text and he will give you real time updates. The insurance company tried to screw me over but he got it straightened out and made sure it happened. He hooked us up with a rental and got us a discounted rate.if you want the best use jc

The mechanics at JC are experts - they are thorough, professional, and timely. My car drives and looks brand new after they worked on it.
