The place is a dump.
The place overflows with roaches and bed bugs. It is poorly ventilated. A lot of the tenants smell bad because they don't shower regularly Their are many drug addicts alcoholics and exconvicts that stay at the Ewing. The staff are bullys and try to intimidate tenants. Cigarette smokers rob you of your sleep at night by smoking. The common bathroom is filthy. Your clothes smell bad because of...

They have been very good to me. The manager has a heart if you prove yourself honest and forthright. I was down on my luck and they gave me a place to sleep. Loud at times with some rather crazy characters but for the price nothing to complain about. Lloyd Thompson.
