The products were priced as I expected, although the Natural Food Store in Manistee has better deals. What did concern me was their concern that my family and I would steal from them. When they took my chosen products from my hand and to the register I didn't object. However, they went too far when they checked my daughter's sweater. A staff came up unannounced and began "patting down" her sweater. My daughter was startled by her touching her. I don't see how this is going to keep customers. This was my first visit, but I will not be back even if it is closer to me than Manistee. They will now get my business as they are far more pleasant. I was told later that their actions infringed on my daughter's person rights.

Just as a side note, It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I love the aroma when I walk in and the music. I was able to relax very easily. I don't like being smothered by sales people who don't let you look freely and they don't do that, thank God. Helpful if you ask. A couple of the ladies aren't very friendly but not rude either. There is a punch card but only 10% reward...
