We are local, we never eat there, because its small and cramped. However the food is great. We know if we want good chinese food and do not want to gamble on a new place, we go here. I had been craving Chinese food and ordered from Evergreen. This was my first time getting food from Evergreen.
The restaurant's interior is not impressive at all...small with space heaters and the typical faded pictures of food on the walls.

Plenty of food but nothing special- I wouldn't go out of my way to visit this one. Pretty typical of over fried, over-sauced, not very fresh food; again, pretty typical of the average Chinese restaurants found in thousands of small towns across the land.

With numerous chinese resturants in the area, Evergreen has the best around. Good flavor on all the dishes I've tried (my favorite is the General Tso's combo platter).
