With one minor exception they did exactly what we had agreed to and the work was well done and completed in advance of the schedule date. They quickly agreed to return and complete the one minor item.

They were very nice, did a good job and were done quicker than planned. The only thing that bothers me is that he said $50 an hour and then charged me more. I should have said something then but like I said, the carpet was done nicely and quickly. I am overall happy and I will use them again.

Extremely professional, courteous and prompt. They did an excellent job repairing a hole in my carpet. No one can even tell there was a hole there. They showed up at the time they said they would be at my house, and finished the job in about half the time they estimated it would take. I would definitely hire them again, and would refer them to all my friends and family. Don't hesitate hiring...
