My local branch is amazing. I have been with them since I was 11 and when ever I have a problem or a question or god forbid my account has a problem they help me evertime. When my account was hack and drained they replaced it in days. They are a great company with small town values. I moved 20 minutes away and have 5 other banks I could use that are closer but no one would treat me as well as...
worst bank to deal with. "loan officers" are terrible to get ahold of, and when you do they speak down to you and are combative with you, brian especially. I moved my accounts away from them and that has been the best decision I have made. I would give negative stars if possible.
Very disappointed in the customer service. Trying to have a loan officer to call you back is awful. I went through the First time Home Buyers program with this bank and after the year I have been dealing with them, I wish I went somewhere else.
