Tall, skinny, rude, unattractive manager guy. Very rude to customers. Would never go back unless he were fired! Anyone know if he's still there?

I have eaten at all 3 locations and I have never had bad service or bad food at any of them. In fact, I am so pleased, I eat here a few times a week.
