They are slow, may be because of lot of business but there is no compasision to their repairs. They fix high end cars and once car is repaired, you can not make out whether your car was ever in accident. They provide fine upscale service and Chuck Harvey,who took care of my car is very friendly and always retruned my calls. They take time but it can be easily compensated with peace of mind...

Some clown in a large truck decided to join me and my new Lexus in the same lane. I left the car with Derrick at EuroPros for a reasonable amount of time. When I came back, there was no way in the world to know I had been hit! This is definitely a place where I will return if bad luck ever forces me back again.

They do a good job if you can wait forever. Had my car in the shop for over 2 years after delays and delays. Final product is good and they are responsible.

Well, I don't know about the commenter above, as for myself-I feel that the company goes above and beyond service. Not only do they emphasize quality of work, but they also go well above customer service. I feel that insurance adjusters pretty much are there to tell you what NOT to do with your car...they're there to make sure your car get worked on with the minimum of quality..who wants that?...
