Very nice location.....but they know it.
I have lived here for years and am amazed at how poorly run this building is and the lack of response and courtesy they treat their tenants with.
1. The pool is a non tenant party that is totally uncontrolled.
2. The elevators are slow.
3. You want something done in your apartment be prepared to negotiate. Once they have you, you are done.

When my cousins moved to Chicago, I didn't have enough room for them to stay with me. I suggested that they call Eugenie Terrace on the Park agency. Yes I was please with the service that they provided for my family. I would recommend them
I went to visit my friend's new apartment and I was blown away. The apartment was spacious and the fixtures were up to date. I asked him how much he was paying for the apartment and to my surprise it was quite affordable. I think the people at Eugenie Terrace are taking into consideration the economic climate and are being reasonable with their pricing. Look here today.
