I mostly frustrated with their terrible website for auto pay. Not to mention every time I call and try to ask for help I get the worst customer service.

The water in Eugene tastes crisp and clean even without a filter on my tap. If I have an issue, EWEB is quick to respond, especially if there's a power outage. Obviously they are more expensive...
