I started Yoga because of my health issues. I had no idea that I would find a new family, new friends, wonderful, loving instructors, great workouts that I can do and so much more. Yoga is now a very important part of my life. My husband says he sees a big difference in me. My nurse is so excited

for me. Thank you Sue and Grace for all you do for me.

I took the better backs class with Sue. It was my first yoga class and I really enjoyed it! It was informative and educational. Sue explained each posture's benefits. Looking forward to my next class :)

There is nothing in my weekly physical routine that makes me feel so relaxed AND invigorated

as the Older Adult Class which I take on Wednesday mornings. Sue is a magnificent teacher!

I love the Yoga Studio. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The instructors are very concerned about you getting the most out of your own personal practice. They gladly get props and/or adjust you so you remain within your own pain-free comfort zone.
