A friend and I had a pleasant and professional experience with Ken, picking out a sofa and the details of it on a special order.

I shopped in this store 3 times before making a purchase. I bought a table that was on the floor, and the sales person insisted that I take it home that day. I explained several times that it would not fit in my car, and she argued with me without even knowing what I drive.

My 2-seater convertible was not going to accommodate me, my friend and a metal table. Strike ONE.

Next, I decided to purchase a bed, dresser and 2 other tables for my new home. I told the sales person that I was in a hurry to furnish the room, as I had sold everything else. I had to suggest that she check...
