I went to this place when all others were closed on Labor Day. It started off fine, until BILLY sliced my finger with the dremel. He kept going thru my bleeding finger...it hurt so bad but he didnt seem to notice. so afterwards I wanted a refund and was denied by JENNIE! so my husband went in to see if he could help out and she JENNIE, refused her name and wouldnt give a refund. I have gone to Estrella Nails since they opened. They are amazing, I have not been over charged or mistreated no matter how many are in my group (I take sisters&mom at same time all the time) I see them treat everyone amazing. The job they do on my feet&nails is great. I will always just go to them, if I can't get to them until they close at 7, she will stay late for me. Amazing place and...

I am very picky about my nails and my hair, I would rather drive 20 mi to a store I love. I only tried a nails salon near by my house when I lost my great nails technician.
