So, I have a habit of losing things. I'm on my 4th cell phone in the last 6 months. Recently, I had to call Estate Locksmith Store to return to my apt and repair a lock that I had stripped at 4am after losing my keys. Not only did he offer me a ""repeat customer discount"" of about 15%, but he also offerred to write the receipt to include the first repair of our dead bolt which our landlord had...
