The lady that answers the phone had to be the queen of being rude. Called several times just to see the statues of my mower. Was told that it would only take a week, we are going into the 3rd week as of now. She will not listen to your questions. States she will call by the end of the day, bu tin fact does not. The young men picking up and dropping off you mover are very nice and kind, but the lady that answers is something else.
Great service...very helpful and knowledgeable.. Wonderful sales manager!! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for snow plow equipment!!
I brought 2 mowers and a trailer to Eshelman equipment in Mentor. I was told i would have my equipment back in a week and it took over a month. when i got my mower back the seat was coated with stains from tools being left on it.( It took over an hour to clean most of it off.) I had to keep calling them even though i was told again and again , i would be called back.
I had them put a set of new tires on the mower. the tires installed were not the tires he said they would be. Worst of all , they did not properly impact the bolts that hold the tires on, and as a result the wheel is busted....
only problem was door on trailer got stuck open. Was unable to close it. Lucky was not going to far and had straps to lock items in place.
Lower the mileage pricing.
I thought that te price of the one way for a trailer was ridiculous but we did not have any other choice. But $500 to pull a trailer?!
