The tech literally burned through my real nail. They goop on the acrilic and the nails lifted the very next day. I was seriously in tears as I left that place because they don't care and are extremely RUDE.
Their website is horribly misleading. The quality is awful and they don't speak English. The lady (no joke) rolled her eyes at me and made a puff sound when I pulled my hand back because she burned it to blood. She never once apologized. I should have walked out right there. I had to get my nails redone the very next day. Horrible and worst experience getting my nails done thus far.

I have been there numerous times and I think they are wonderful. Their place is very clean and sanitized (many nail places are dirty). Most of them speak english well, and I've never had a problem with them misunderstanding me. I used to drive quite a bit to get my nails done and eyebrows waxed but now I go there and I'm very happy!

Horrible quality work. Rude staff that can't speak English and charge hidden fee's. Their website is misleading and probably spent more money to make it look good than they did in training the workers. My first time every doing a bad review but this place needed it.
