This company rips people off by charging excessive shipping. They want $5.25 to ship an "O" ring seal for a blender. This is something that can go in a padded envlope for around a dollar.There is no defense for this business practice, but I am sure the PR department has one canned and ready.The response to anything they have to is 1) you are a ripoff, and 2) other companies, including Amazon...
